Dr. Nikki Dancy is the esteemed Founder and President of Lipstick Talks, Inc., a dynamic faith-based nonprofit organization created to uplift, empower, and strengthen women from all walks of life.  With a heart for authentic connections and meaningful conversations, Dr. Nikki leads women into spaces of healing, growth, and purpose-reminding them that God is with them always.

 

An ordained minister, evangelist, and passionate advocate for women, Dr. Nikki is known for her Christ-centered, unfiltered delivery-bringing real, raw, and relevant conversations to the forefront.  She preaches, teaches, and empowers women to embrace their true selves and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

 

A proud native of Portsmouth, VA, Nikki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Bluefield College, a Master's Degree in Human and Social Services from Walden University, and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling from The School of the Great Commission Theological Seminary.  Her educational and ministry background uniquely positions her to lead women with wisdom, compassion, and spiritual insight.

 

Nikki is also the CEO and Co-Owner of Kindred Community Services, LLC, providing home healthcare and community engagement services, and the Director and Co-Owner of Giggles & Wiggles Childcare & Learning Center, shaping the next generation.  She is the creative mind behind Posh Room Designs-Luxury Balloons & Decor, where she transforms spaces and elevates moments with stunning event designs.

 

Her entrepreneurial endeavors reflect unwavering commitment to serve, empower, and impact lives.  Through every platform, Dr. Nikki Dancy remains dedicated to fostering genuine sisterhood, building community, and reminding women of their strength, resilience, and divine purpose.
